About The Perfect Empanada

​My name is Pablo and I absolutely love empanadas. For over a decade, I’ve been chasing the perfect empanada. Eventually, I decided to craft my own recipes since I couldn’t find what I was looking for. Fast forward to 2018, I left my professional corporate career to start this small and humble business, which I named The Perfect Empanada. In November 2021, we launched the business out of Hope & Main in Warren, RI and I’m proud and excited to now offer our Artisanal Gourmet Empanadas.
